Diamond dressers are special for truing and dressing of grinding wheels. More Super Hard's dressers adopt powder sintering technology, they are highly efficient and cost-saving. Also, They can be continuously used and do need re-grinding.

The Main Features of Diamond Wheel Dressers:

1.Select the larger profile angle
2.Diamonds are sensitive to shock and impact
3.Can fractured or broken by striking any hard substance
4. Protect and store the tool properly when not in use

The Application of Diamond Wheel Dressers:

Choose natural diamond with sharp shape when we dress high precision grinding wheel like internal grinding; For large batch grinding, we should use the ball shape diamond.

Usage Tips:

1.Put the diamond tool on holder, make the head face vertical to grinding wheel radial direction, the angle tween axial direction of diamond dresser and radial of grinder would better be 15 °.

2.the amount of feed per stroke is 0.02 -0.04mm , portrait speed should be even(auto-feed is better), we suggest 100 -500mm /min.

3. fix chill roller while dressing. Cool off suddenly is forbidden.
